Tracey spent the first 15 years of her career with HP in management, marketing and engineering roles. In 1999, she emigrated from the US to the UK and helped to found Plastic Logic, a pioneer in printed polymer electronics. She then became VP, Business Development for Xennia Technology, a leading industrial inkjet integrator. Tracey joined Meteor Inkjet in 2015 as VP of Strategy & Marketing. She holds an MBA from the Judge Institute, University of Cambridge and a BA in physics and mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado. Tracey is an ESMA board member.
